How we choose

the right stack

We choose the right technology for your project.
No favourite framework, no one-size-fits-all.
Every recommendation comes with the reasons behind it.
  1. Discover
    the real
    requirements

We start with your goals, users, constraints, budget and timeline, before any technology is named.
  2. Evaluate
    options

We compare the languages, frameworks, platforms and cloud services that fit, including what you already use.
  3. Recommend
    & justify

A clear recommendation with the reasons behind it: fit, cost, team skills, scalability and long-term support.
  4. Build
    & support

We build, ship and keep supporting the solution, and tell you if a better choice appears along the way.

Questions, answered

We start with your requirements, not with a preferred framework. We look at what the product must do, who will use it, how it needs to scale, what your team can maintain, and how it fits your existing systems. Then we recommend options with clear reasoning, and build with the stack that fits. We choose the right technology for your project.

Yes. The technology directory is representative, not exhaustive, and a technology missing from it does not mean we cannot help. Tell us what you are working with, or what you are considering, and we will confirm how we can take it on and staff it for your project. Write to [email protected] or use the contact form.

Yes. We work with clients in any country and any time zone. Most collaboration happens over email, scheduled video calls and shared project tools, so distance is rarely a practical issue. We agree on overlapping hours and a communication rhythm at the start of every project, and you always know who to contact and when to expect a reply.

Send a short description of what you need through the contact form or to [email protected]. We reply with a few clarifying questions and propose a call. After the call you receive a written summary of scope, approach and next steps. If it makes sense for both sides, we agree on an engagement model and begin with a discovery phase.

We agree on a fixed window of overlapping hours for live conversations and keep everything else asynchronous. Written updates, shared task boards and recorded walkthroughs mean you never depend on a single meeting to know where things stand. Video calls are scheduled in advance at times that suit you, and urgent matters have a clear escalation path.

You do. Once the agreed payments for the work are complete, the source code, designs and documentation produced for your project belong to you, and this is written into the contract. We hand over repositories, credentials and deployment details so you are never locked in. Third-party and open-source components stay under their own licences.

Yes. We take on projects that were started by another team or an in-house developer. We begin with a code and infrastructure review, document what we find, and agree on priorities with you: stabilise first, then improve. Because we are not tied to one stack, we can continue in the technology you already use rather than push a rewrite.

Yes. Launch is a milestone, not the end of the relationship. We offer ongoing support and maintenance agreements that cover monitoring, security updates, dependency upgrades, bug fixes and small improvements, with agreed response times. You can also move to a dedicated team later if the product keeps growing. Support is available for software we built and for software we inherit.

We estimate after a short discovery, never from a one-line brief. Requirements are broken into deliverables, each with an effort range and the assumptions behind it, so you can see what drives cost and time. For fixed-scope work you get a written proposal with milestones; for ongoing engagements we agree a team size and review the plan together each month.

Yes. Startups usually need a focused first version, fast iteration and a stack that will not need replacing in a year. Established companies usually need integration with existing systems, security and compliance requirements, and a careful rollout. The approach differs, but the principle is the same: we choose the right technology for your project and your stage.
